domovari mineral matt: The flexible all-rounder
Our own, versatile solid surface material mineral matt consists of one third polyester resin and two thirds natural mineral (ATH). This combination creates a ready-to-cast material that can take on almost any shape and can be seamlessly joined without visible joints. The resulting artificial stone, which is manufactured in our high-tech production facility in Krefeld, impresses with its through-dyed, homogeneous structure and its great properties for the sanitary sector.
mineral matt looks like stone, but combines the natural advantages of a mineral, such as the pleasant feel and a high-quality appearance, with the versatile possibilities of technical resins. The result is a material that is both flexible in design and extremely easy to clean and use.
We use mineral matt especially for our free-standing bathtubs, classic shower trays, countertop basins and vanity unit tops, as its elegant appearance and high-quality workmanship make it particularly suitable for sophisticated bathroom concepts and creates a luxurious atmosphere.
GRP – Glass-fibre Reinforced Plastic: Lightweight, robust and versatile
Glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) is a material that has proven itself not only in the sanitary sector, but also in boat building for years. It consists of glass fiber panels and synthetic resins, which are processed by hand into an extremely stable, yet lightweight material. At domovari, we manufacture all GRP products custom-made and by hand to ensure the highest quality and perfection. GRP is ideal for projects that require lightness, stability and flexibility, such as our custom-made bathtubs, BLOCKlite shower trays or glossy & colored vanity tops.
For our bespoke bathtubs made of GRP, we offer a large selection of different inner parts. We also manufacture a custom-made housing in which aprons, shelves and compartments can be designed completely individually. In addition, GRP is characterised by its pleasant, ‘warm’ feel and low thermal conductivity, which means that the water stays warm longer and comfortable use is guaranteed. You can also benefit from the lightness of the material with our BLOCKlite shower trays, which makes installation particularly easy. They also offer a high degree of flexibility, as they are available in any desired colours.
