Inquiries from End Customers
Can I also place an order with domovari as a private or end customer?
Unfortunately, as an end customer, you cannot purchase products directly from us. As a manufacturer, our focus is on the production of our high-quality bathroom furnishings. We supply these exclusively to sanitaryware retailers.
However, you are welcome to send us an inquiry via our contact form. Simply let us know your postal code and we will be happy to recommend a suitable retailer in your area.
Frequently Asked Questions about our Products
Where does domovari manufacture?
We are clearly committed to Germany as a production location. Our products are handmade with attention to detail in our factory in Krefeld.
Are domovari products sustainable?
Yes, our products are particularly durable due to their high quality and are therefore sustainable. Nevertheless, we are constantly striving to further optimize the sustainability of our production processes. We also only use local woods for the real wood veneers and do not use any tropical woods.
Are domovari products easy to care for?
Yes. Products made from our mineral matt solid surface material are certainly the easiest to care for that you could wish for in a bathroom. This material is an all-rounder and forgives almost everything. But our GRP products are also easy to care for and uncomplicated to maintain. The mineral matt and GRP materials can also be repaired after installation.
What does “handmade” mean at domovari?
We always produce to order in batch size 1. This means that every component of your bathroom object is individually manufactured for you in-house. Although our modern machinery is used, every part also goes through a purely manual production step. For example, basins and bathtubs are cast or laminated, then sanded and polished in the next step. Furniture must be cut, painted, stained, polished and, of course, assembled. Our qualified employees manufacture each individual piece with a high degree of quality awareness and attention to detail. The various work processes and sub-tasks result in valuable products whose quality is obvious and exceptional.
Retailer Enquiries and Planning
Can I send you a sketch and you create an offer?
Yes. Please provide the sketch with all the necessary dimensions and the desired materials, and we will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer.
Are there maximum dimensions?
No, not in principle. For particularly large fabrications such as vanity units or built-in bathtubs, it may be necessary for transport reasons to disassemble the objects into several components. However, these can be reassembled on site with special adhesives so that no joint is visible.
Who takes the measurements?
You are responsible for the taking the measurements. Of course, we will be happy to advise you on what you should pay particular attention to.
Am I really completely free in my design?
Yes, put us to the test! Yes, put us to the test! With more than 85 basin shapes and almost 40 bathtub shapes, you can freely configure your desired bathroom furniture. We make everything possible, that is technically feasible.
Order and Delivery
How does ordering from domovari work?
You send us an order with a dimensioned sketch or drawing of your desired bathroom object and, after the order confirmation, you will receive a technical drawing for approval. Only then does your desired object start its journey through the various production steps.
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is approx. six weeks after approval. In exceptional cases, this may be slightly shorter or slightly longer.
