Personal favourites from our product range
Our team consists of a wide range of people who work with domovari products and bespoke solutions every day – both in the office and in production. This results in different perspectives on our product range and, of course, a favourite product or two. There are many reasons for these preferences: particular design options or material properties can be just as important as experience gained over many years of day-to-day work. And sometimes, a product is simply a personal favourite.
So we asked our team which products are among their favourites and why. Their answers offer a personal insight and show what our colleagues appreciate about the products they have chosen.

Bespoke shower trays
Among Martina’s favourite products are our bespoke shower trays made from mineral matt. “Over the past 25 years, I’ve drawn up various designs and written the CNC programs,” she says.
She particularly appreciates the wide range of possibilities: “Every bespoke shower tray is different, and any shape is possible.” As examples, she mentions a shower tray whose shape resembled a cloud, a 3,900 × 1,000 mm version with a special edge, as well as three shower trays made in one piece for a changing room.

GRP bathtubs
Steffi’s absolute favourites are our bespoke bathtubs made from GRP (glass-fiber reinforced plastic). “The material may have a dreadful name, but apart from that, it’s the best thing you can treat yourself to in the bathroom,” she says.
She is particularly impressed by the customisation options and properties of the material. The bathtubs are made to fit the space precisely, their velvety-soft surface feels pleasant to the touch, and the insulating material structure helps keep the bathwater warm for longer. Different interior shapes and colours also offer a wide range of design options.

M4 FRAME & CALANA
For Mariana, our M4 FRAME furniture design is a clear favourite. She particularly likes the combination of wood and fabric, which creates a simple, elegant style and stands out clearly from classic furniture fronts.
She also likes to incorporate our freestanding CALANA bathtub into her designs: “It’s one of my first choices when I’m drawing up an interior design proposal. I’m fascinated by its organic and elegant shape […] and by how incredibly well and stylishly it blends into any room.”

CALANA-MINI & ceram vanity units
Ramona is a huge fan of our freestanding CALANA-MINI bathtub: “At 1.56 m tall, I can sit in it really comfortably, and it’s simply perfect for slightly smaller bathrooms too.”
Our vanity units made from ceram porcelain stoneware are also a firm favourite of hers. The various decors offer a wide range of design options. “I particularly like the combination with MATCH or KONTUR real wood veneers. These high-quality materials simply work perfectly together,” she says.
Perspectives from our day-to-day work
Products can be described in terms of their materials, dimensions and properties. But the insights from our team also show that behind these products are people who work with them every day and know them from different perspectives.
Working with different products, individual customer requirements and special design projects creates experiences that naturally shape personal preferences within our team as well.
Ultimately, which product stands out most is a very personal decision.
